Opinion-Pioneer Elite 27 or Denon 4310

I've narrowed it down to two receivers (will also be getting a Blu Ray player to match). Are either of these receivers missing any key features that I may not be aware of? Any advantages of one over the other? Speakers are Paradigm Studio 100 V5.
