Opinion on Parasound NewClassic 2125v2

What should I know about this before buying? $599 new.

Roger, Parasound is good gear Sir. 225 watts X 2 into a 4 Ohm load. Plus for new that's a really good price on it.

It seems to be a nice 150W-8ohm/225W-4ohm x2Ch amp if you need 2 more amps for a total of 11Ch.

The RX-A3080 can output about 190Wx2Ch 8ohm and 300Wx2Ch 4ohm.

Adding any external amp can relieve some burden - if the A3080 needs it.

But most often, it doesn't need it and adding external amps won't improve anything.
