Has anyone subscribed to online movie download services, like http://www.movieindemand.com/, do you really get to download unlimited movies and that too before they officially come to the stores. Hows their service, practical usage etc.

All they do is charge you for giving you info on Free P2P networks.

So, why is it said that if you are a life time member, you get free downloads?

They need to charge to pay royalties. Or else, it's illegal.

They are free downloads because the p2p networks are free networks. A p2p network is you connecting to others like yourself to exchange files, so you dont pay royalties to anyone, you only pay for your connection to the net to allow you to connect to others.

Pay royalties to who? certainly not the people who produced the movie. There is no such thing as a legal download of movies in cinemas, not yet anyway.

So they are ripping you off, as all they do is show you websites to the free Software Clients that allow you to connect to other people and download of them. Search the net and you can find them yourself
