Onkyo 608 is $ 370 from Newegg
Ipod Dock cost extra $70. Total Cost is $440
Pioneer 1120 is $480 at Amazon. No need to spend extra for IPod Dock
My System will be
Energy RC30 Front+ Energy RC LCR + HSU STF 2 + 4X Energy CB5 for surround and rear.

Which one will be better choice?
What is other Good option under $500 for AVR?

If you're in the US and don't need 3D support (no HDMI 1.4) then a factory refurbished TX-NR807 would be a nice choice. It's last year's model but so far I've had good luck with refurbished Onkyos.

I have the Onkyo 608 and really like it. I got mine from Vann's for $379.00. I was looking at the Yamaha 667 also. The 608 had more features and having previously owned an Onkyo receiver, I was comfortable with getting another one.

Go for the Onkyo 270 which is basically the 708. It's selling for around $479 on Amazon right now and is well worth the upgrade over the 608.
