So I am looking at this as a potential zone 2 Amp. I have a pair of 6 ohm 60 watt rated outdoor speakers coming from TSC. IS this amp too much for them or will I be getting the best out of these speakers? Any potential to add a second pair? Not sure about the ohm ratings for the amp and don't know if it is 4ohm stable.

That's not a bad amp. Maybe a bit over priced and bulky.
I would think it would drive those speakers just fine.
I wouldn't count on it being stable at 4 ohms. Not for long.

I use one of these to power 3 pairs of speakers in my whole house system. I have a Niles speaker selector that the 3 pairs attach and then go to the amp. The amp stays reasonably cool and I have never had it go into protection even after running for 8+ hours at reasonable volumes during parties.

How much are you paying for it? I got mine from Audiogon for around 100 bucks.
