I'm a newbie to this forum and newbie to the home theater system. I'd appreciate any advice from y'all and you can correct me anytime. I'm not sure if I am asking this question in a right section. If I am not please forgive me.
I recently bought an Onkyo 7300 from frys and I am more than satisfied with that machine, but now I want to get a small system for a smaller room. I was looking at the sony ht-ct150 and onkyo htx-22hdx. Both seem similar 2.1, (3.1/5.1capable), but I am looking for one that has a better sound quaility. Any thought on these two machines? I want something that is simple and under 300 dollars. The reason I picked onkyo was, I was way too impressed with 7300.
