Onkyo HT-SR800 wire recommendations (banana plugs?)??

So I just purchased this system and I am waiting for it to come in the mail. I would like to know if I can use banana plugs on this or not though. I just think it would be easier as far as plug and play plus there wouldn't be any bare wire hanging out. If not banana plugs, what do you guys suggest? Also, what size wire?

I forgot to include the image of the back of the system. Sorry, it was the biggest picture I could find.

Yes, No problem there.
Edit:
Sorry I missed the rest of the question. 14GA will work just fine up to 50 ft. After that go to 12GA.

Unless you can solder I would use Banana plugs. If you use wire ends, you should tin them with solder. I think whiskers from bare wire have caused the loss of output stages for members of these forums.
