Hi everyone!
I am new to the forums here. I have just bought an Onkyo HT-S7300, but I have just found a really good deal on the Klipsch HD 500 Theater Speakers. I was wondering if any of the experienced people on this forum would be able to tell me which system I would get better sound quality out of. If I do pick up the Klipsch HD 500 I would most likely pair it with a 200-250 dollar Yamaha, Pioneer, or Denon receiver. (I really don't know what receiver to buy at the moment, it will prob come down to the one with the best bang for my buck)
I know this question may be difficult to answer since I have not picked out a specific receiver to go with the Klipsch Speakers. If this question is too difficult to answer without knowing the receiver...
Are Onkyo systems speakers as good or equivalent in quality to a Klipsch 5.1 Home Theater system?
Would I be better off going with Klipsch if I want good sound quality?
Is the Onkyo HT-S7300 a good system overall?
I will be using it to hook up to my PS3 to play games and watch Blu-Rays.
I am looking for good sound quality and strong bass for movies.
