I'm hooking my new onkyo 805 up for two channel stereo in my living room and using zone 2 for kitchen and possibly zone 3 for outside but when reading the manual to hook up audio it says use analog inputs (option a) for listening and recording in zone 2 or 3. use digital audio (coax (b) or optical (c)) for listening and recording in other zones as well, connect with a and b or a and c. What the hell does this mean? i'm looking to be able to have one source playing in the living room say TV and a second source say cd play in the kitchen. do i need to hook up both analog and digital audio for each component? i'm confused:confused:.

You just have to use redundant analog connections for zone 2 and 3.
