Onix X-LS and X-CS package

I have these 3 speakers I am looking to sell. I could return them to av123 since im withing the 30 days, but i do not want to pay the extra money to return them since shipping them to me was so expensive.. Id prefer someone to pick these up in Long Island, NY. I will be in stamford connecticiut tomorow as well where I can deliver... I can also deliver to someone on Long ISalnd as well.

I dont have a paypal account so I really would prefer doing a cash deal...

these are the maple finish - all original boxes, manuals etc. they are not even a month old..

the x-ls is covered by they're no risk gaurentee if you want to send those back they'll cover shipping...

I emailed av123 about that, they said I purcahsed these just before they started this risk free.. Which is why I'm trying to sell instead. To ship back both the pair of xls and the xcs. It woud cost another 80 bucks. I'd rather sell locally for a little less than I paid than lose another 80 bucks just to ship. I really didn't think I would be getting rid of them, they are a very nice speaker especially for the price.

If noone buys, then yes I will have to return them and spend another 80 bucks. I would rather see someone else get a good deal on an awesome pair of speakers.

Guess I did miss that. I would call them and try to talk to someone. I would be surprised if they didn't help you out. One of the founders is a member on this site. I'm surprised that they gave you that response, however that really depends on just how long before that offer came about that you purchased them.

I'm actually looking to buy a pair of these also and in maple too....but don't need the X-CS. You willing to break up the set? How much for the X-LSs alone? Gonna have to be a deal as shipping from NY will actually be more than from them directly.

I would call (not email) them and say "I started a thread on AudioHolics trying to sell the speakers and a couple of people recommended I give you folks a call to see if you might sneak me in on the free return shipping policy, it sure would help me out if you could"

You are being non confrontational and courteous while at the same time mentioning the thread that many people are reading. This way of asking for something you don't technically deserve often works.

I actually contacted av123 today and they are hooking me up with ree shipping!!! they are mailing me prepaid ups labels.. Thats awesome. They werent going to honor it and i took someones recommendation here on the forum and it worked!! so i am no longer selling these unless you want to come pick them up and save me the trip to UPS.
