I have Denon 4802 7.1 receiver located between my Family Room and Master Bedroom. Both rooms are equipped with 7.1 speackers and S-video input. I would like to use the same receiver for both room with 7.1 effect. Receiver has A-B switch but B gives only Stereo NOT 7.1.

Is there any software/hardware switch by which I can use the same 7.1 receiver outpur for both the room. My remote can handle RF signal, so I can use it form both room.

I need some deparate help? What should I do for S-video out to manage in both rooms...

TIA,
Patel

Looking at the back panel of the Denon 4802 on this site...

..You may have to use the receiver Pre-outs to connect to an external multi-channel power amplifier in another room to get 7.1. Note that this means you'll get the same program and controllability for both channels. Not the independence of program and control that a zone 2 feature for a stereo pair allows.
