If you tell us what receiver you are using and how you have it hooked to the plasma, maybe we could help; otherwise, its like saying 'I have a back pain, does anybody know what's wrong?'
I would bet that you have the receiver connected to the plasma via component video and the receiver does not display its on-screen menus over component. That is the most common problem that people have.
