Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone has heard of a brand of speakers called Omage. I think they're a French-Canadain company, as the only mention I've ever heard of them are on french discussion boards. No one on those boards seem very impressed with them, or (the majority) haven't heard of the brand at all.
I ask because I have a BBF-212 (12", 200 watt) Omage sub. I demoed it in the store (Just HiFi in Kingston Ontario) and it sounded OK. I was going to walk away without purchasing it, but the salesman told me that if I bring it back within 12 mos, I could get a full refund towards an upgrade. Great! Picked it up.
Sounds OK to me, but I haven't ever heard a good sub either. Any opinions on Omage spearkers in general? The sub in particular?

Paradigm Monitor 7 v 4
Paradigm CC-370
Technics SB-A28 as rears (last on my priority list) w/ replaced tweeter and new insulation and seals.
