<font color='#000000'>I want to have 3 zones in my house; main area, bedroom and baths, and game room and hallway. &nbsp;What is the most affordable way to amplify and control these zones so that changes in the volume of one zone will not raise or lower the volume in another zone?</font>

<font color='#000000'>Rather than running tons of cable you may want to check out the booze cd/radio for the non principal rooms. &nbsp;You may find it cheaper and less aggravating in the long run, (no pun intended).

<font color='#008080'>Even more affordable would be to get a cheaper Cambridge Soundworks Model 88 (or similar), which will probably sound as good or better...

I'm not sure of an &quot;inexpensive&quot; way to run all these zones due to the cable runs, as peter pointed out. You would need to wire it, install speakers, and then get a speaker-level routing unit that handled 3 zones with volume controls.

If you really want to go all-out, check out this company for ideas and then shop around.
