OK, can I use component out with my TV..?

Here's the deal -- I have a 100Hz Digital / Progressive Scan TV, BUT no component in. My DVD does have component out though.. seems I'm stuck with S-Video, still can't I use a component to SCART converter..? Did some reading but nothing definitive, thanks!!

Sure, you can use the component out on the DVD player, but how do you propose to get it to the TV?

Yes you can do that, here is the kind that I bought. Super quality at a great price.

RCA connections here (not a great picture of the wires, but they are huge wires)

EDIT:: So you know, they come in 3', 6', 12', and 25' lengths (I had to get the 25') (somebody may sell them longer??)
