offered Denon 1910 and ProCinema 600 speakers for $600

Hi guys..I'm currently in the process of choosing a new surround sound system.. And a guy at my work is moving back to Europe and offered me his Denon 1910 and Pro Cinema 609 speakers for $600..

They are almost 2 years old but he has always been travelling with work and he's an older guy, doesn't exactly turn it up very loud etc..

I'm tempted only for ge pure reason I could use these until I can save up for a better system when I move into my house and then use this setup as a spare in my bedroom?

I for sure would would go after the Acoustic Energy package,
over the Definitive package - holiday price still under $500

They have bigger drivers and a tough looking sub, that is heavy.
and use to list for around $2000

Then pick up a more current refurbish model receiver from AC4L,
the Denon 1612 is a good option.
