I have not heard of them and it would help if you had a link with a specific model in mind. There are many reputable brands that are out there with decent pricing. But, if you haven't heard of it, then odds are better that they aren't as serious about building their product.
Some lesser known brands still make it to some major trade shows and join the right organizations to at least sound reputable.
