Nice deal.. this is a very nice pre amp unit. Why? tons of hdmi, pre outs, most importantly, AUDYSSEY MULTI EQ XT!!

Pair up a nice emotiva with this and you have a good system that should last you for a while.. hdmi 1.4a it doesnt have which is bad only if you want 3d. However i think 3d has a good 2 years before it becomes mainstream and actually worth investing in.
