Their sales people are clueless. Their adds make no sense. I bought a WD external hard drive from them once because of the advertised Mail-in-Rebate. I turned it in. Weeks passed. Finally I got an email stating my purchase price was too low to qualify for the rebate! Circuit City = Idiots. I'm surprised they are not out of business already.
