I wanted a Samsung or Sony LCD or a Panasonic plasma TV but, I had a clearance problem of 25.25" of height w/stand in my armoire. So I couldn't find any 40-42" TVs under 25.25" in those brands. In fact, I thought I was going to have to go down under 37" with stand by specs on most 37"s.
I found a Toshiba Regza 40" TV that will fit in my armoire. I am not too familiar with Toshiba and do not see them high in rankings when comparing TVs. It has 120Hx, 1080p, and pretty much all the other options out there and it was under $1200 delivered from a very reputable site.
The model is the Toshiba 40XF55OU.
It has been very hard for me to find reviews on this TV, especially professional reviews.
If any has this TV or can read about it and tell me if it sounds good please let me know your opinion.
