I use a VoIp service called Ooma http://www.ooma.com/ and I'm happy with it after 6 years of use. One thing about Ooma, is when you block calls you have to do it by individual number. Not too tedious, but you know the saying, "Work smarter, not harder". I've found Nomorobo and giving it a try. It blocks robo calls automatically. Set it and forget. It does not block spoofed calls though. Works with some cell services but not all. The site will tell you which carriers it will work with.
