I'd avoid 4 Ohm speakers with it, but it should be able to handle 6 Ohm ones that aren't too low in sensitivity. I would say that is not quite enough receiver for those particular speakers, and unless you are buying them used, Onix no longer makes those speakers (replaced with the upcoming 760).
