So I noticed today that my BR speaker wasn't producing any sound. I have a Sony STR-DG710 receiver, hooked up to a 5.1 setup. The first thing i checked what the connection and they were nice and tight. So then i checked to see if there was any problems with the speaker wire, and didn't find anything there. So I thought oh damn what if its the speaker, but thank god it wasn't, I hooked it up to another connection on the receiver and it worked perfect. I trouble shotted as much as i could. And eventually came to a conciliation that the receiver wasn't sending a signal out of the BR connections. No matter what speaker i hooked up the the BR connection none would produce any sound.
Now my question is...
Am i just SOL with this receiver not working, or does anyone have any other idea of what it could be?
I'd like to mention that i tried all the different sound modes just to double check.
