no picture on HD TV

I have a Panasonic Viera TC-P50S30 50” TV that is fed by a Pioneer VSX-1021-k AV receiver. Components into the receiver are a DirecTv DVR, BlueRay DVD, and VHS all connected with HDMI cables. The TV and components which are in another room are attached with a 50’ HDMI in-wall cable. At initial install, everything worked fine. After 2 weeks, I lost the picture signal and couldn’t get it back. I have replaced the cable (run externally through the room for testing) and the Pioneer receiver with no good results. If I connect the TV directly to each component, the picture feed is perfect. If I keep the connection running through the receiver and use a smaller TV (26”) it also works fine. I have used a HDMI extender (repeater) from RadioShack with no good results. Do you have any ideas? Stronger HDMI extender? Thank you.

That is weird that the small TV works fine. Yet, HDMI still has quirks in it. It almost sounds like that Panasonic isn't getting enough "signal" for some reason. That stronger HDMI extender sounds like the only idea worth pursuing.
