Nikko Amps

I found a Nikko Alpha 650 amp in good condition and can get it for $450.00. I think these things were built in 1980-81? This amp looks really cool with the meters on the front plate, I guess they were trying to copy the McIntosh look. Weighs @ 61 #'s and I believe pushes 300 watts per channel at 8 ohms. Thinking about powering the front B&W speakers through the SR7013. Worth it or am I'm starting to get the "audio fever" and should seek help!

A 40 year old amplifier is likely to need some of the capacitors replaced unless someone already did it. However a pristine Alpha 650 sold on ebay for 1699.00 so it may be worth putting some money into.
