Nice HTPC Remote

Just came across this remote....I've been using my "Gaming PC" to watch movies and TV shows in my main HT for the last few weeks as my C-200 bit the dust and I'm waiting for the RMA to be shipped back to me.

This looks like it might be worth the price at only $60.

I agree with you....but is it sold currently as a stand alone option? And does it have air mouse capabilities?

Also I am currently using my Droid to control Boxee which is the exact same layout as that remote on screen.

It doesn't have air mouse, but it moved a lot of air since pics of first designs made available online and it will be sold as stand alone option

I have been using my Harmony 880 to control boxee, but thanks for heads-up about this app - "Boxee Wifi Remote" - I've installed it as well

Also make sure you grab the latest build of boxee as they switched to Directx on the Windows Platform from OpenGL. This allows for better DXVA support and performance among other things.

I'm running latest build, however they had DXVA since closed beta about half year ago, without dxva Boxee wont work on my ion box

Yeah I know.....enhanced DXVA features and optimization......also it has the option to correct cover art and movies that didn't get recognized from the scraping.....but you already know that because you already have it.
