I haven't heard either of those systems, so I don't have a preference between them. I will say that I own NHT speakers (listed in my signature) and am very happy with them.
Besides the sonic qualities, there's also how they look. Sure, a true audioholic may be able to overlook such worldly things, but I can't.
You'll have them around your place for a while, so make sure that you get something that you like to look at, as well as listen to.
