HDMI cables are almost all the same, the only time you need to worry about differences is if you're running long distances, say over 25ft.
If you feel the need to purchase new cables or have trouble with your nexxttech (circuit city brand?), I highly recommend monoprice for inexpensive HDMI cables, and blue jeans cable for somewhat nicer, albeit more expensive stuff. Browse around this forum and you'll find plenty of evidence against buying any fancy hdmi cables.
