My subs has 2 + and 2 - ports (for biamp purpose) and then a left and right ports on the back of my subwoofer. If i choose to use mono, which port should I plug into the back of my subwoofer

thanks

I have never seen any sub that could be biamped, though theoretically it is possible with a multi driver sub or possibly a dual voice coil driver. A sub is always mono, regardless of the number of inputs.

Are we talking about speaker level (wire) or line level (RCA) inputs? When you have two sets of either, one is usually an input and the other an output, or one bypasses a built in crossover.

I second that.

Try one of the right or left inputs, on some subs it doesn't matter which and on others it is one or the other. If one doesn't work, it must be the other. If you wanted to use both, a Y splitter can be used to go to both R&L.

It doesn't seem to improve if a y splitter is used or not.
