I have just purchased a 5.1 harman kardon HKTS 16 BQ SYSTEM.
Is it possible to find a receiver with 120 watts per channel @ 8 ohms with 200 watts subwoofer.

The receiver doesn't need 200w for the subwoofer, it just needs a pre-out (a pre-amplifier output) for signal to the sub's built-in amp rated at 200w. You don't literally need 120w per channel for the speakers just because that is their maximum rating, a receiver with more or less than 120w per channel will still work fine. I doubt those speakers will sound good with that much power in any case, they are of limited capability for high spl. Choice in receiver is more about your budget and the features/connectivity you need, what are those? What other gear will you be using with the system?
