I'm fairly new to the Forum, have been spending sometime going over the massive amount of info that the great community provides here.
I am also a newbie when it comes to AV so your expertise will really help me determine what I am getting for my small TV room in my apartment. This setup does not need to be a "professional cinema"; it is only for the wife and I to watch movies and listen to music with the best quality the budget could get and that I could in time replace/add additional speakers (for like Atmos for example) and maintain the receiver.
I intend on setting the system on my TV room, which is fairly small 5mx3m / 15m2 (I think the conversion to feet would be something like 51x32).
I am also on a budget
and I'm planning on spending around US $ 700,00 for everything and would like to bring a 5.1 package included on the budget ( I know I am pushing it hehe)
After some research, I was looking at the Denon X1300 and will probably close the deal. (Any other recommendations at the same price range?)
As for speakers, I was recommended the Focal Sub 5.1 at Crutchfield for US $ 399,00.
Can you please give me some suggestions on what speaker package I could get, given I have around US $ 400,00? It can be a single package or I could get them individually.
