Audiophyte
Hi, I just lucked into a rack of audiophile equipment that is 3 or so years old, and being sold due to a move cross country by the owner.
I have a Parasound D to A converter, an Alto amp by Audio Innovations, a Fostex D-5 studio DAT, a Cambridge Audio CD player, a Technics 101 receiver, etc.
How does the D to A converter get hooked up? Also, I have a home theater system, with a JVC 6010 receiver, which is pretty low level unit. I also have just bought some used JBL s-312 studio monitor speakers. <These will probably be upgraded soon, as I see from audiophiles that there are better choices out there. >
I want to see what I can do to set up a nice audio system, and may want to keep it separate from the home theater system. Or should I integrate these?
I am missing some remotes, for the Fostex D5 and Technics receiver, and am missing a knob from the Fostex and the Alto Amp. Where to obtain replacements?
