Newbie HT on the low end ????

So I've decided to assemble my first HT on a budget. So far I've collected an Onkyo 604 Receiver 95x7 wpc I think, a pair of CSW T100's on closeout (I've always loved CSW's for mid/highs) much like the pre big box Polks. A CSW MC300 Center, Hsu VTF 2 mk 3 Sub thats on it's way now.
The big question I'm left with is for surround speakers. Everywhere I look is conflicting advice. Should I be looking at bipole/dipole only? Should I get another pair of T100's for behind the couch? I'm at a loss on this.
I'll be using the system for music as well as HT.
Thank you all for your guidance.

It really depends on your room layout. How much room is behind the couch? Can you mount multi-poles appropriately on side walls? It’s also a matter of preference.

Thanks,
The couch will be near the wall on the short side of a rectangle.

If you can’t move the couch much off the back wall and you don’t have appropriate placement for multi-poles, then the T100s sound like your best option.
