Newbie AV Distribution Question

I am starting to work on my new home theater/game room.

I'll have the following equipment:

3 x TVs
3 x Directv Receivers
1 x DVD Player
1 x Stereo Receiver
1 x VCR (yes some of us still use them)

I want to be able to watch a DVD or VCR movie from any one of the 3 x TVs.
I also want to be able to listen to the DVD or VCR movie thru the TV itself or the Stereo receiver.

How do I go about about wiring for all this.

I'm thinking of having all the cabling come into a structured wiring cabinet.

Any help would be great!

What is your speaker setup that you plan on using?

Are all of the TV's going to be used for audio or is one going to be set up with 5.1?

What is the receiver and does it have any multizone capabilities?

I'll have 7.1 surround sound for the main TV.

I guess I really want to be able to watch DVD/VCR thru any of the 3 x TVs and listen to surround on the main TV. I want to listen to the other 2 x TVs thru the TV speakers.

I haven't purchased any of the equipment yet but I will be buying a Yamaha receiver (with multizone capability), RBH speakers, RBH Subwoofer, Yamaha DVD player.
