newb looking for advice

hi,first sorry for some misspellings my native language isnt english, altought i have knowledge of computers and some tech, i have 0 information about home theater speakers and such so here i am.

im looking for a home teather equipment for use with my tv and dvd (mainly tv, hbo movies, series, rome etc that uses 5.1 ) i las looking mostly for a 5.1 system, but i stumble upon other systems too. i would like to know which of these you recommend me most:

Genius SW-HF 5.1 1200 PMPO
SUB WOOFER CREATIVE INSPIRE 6.1 6600 3D HOME THEATER
Home Theater 5.1 Logitech X-530 PC DVD
7.1 Creative Inspire P7800 120 Watts RMS

im thinking in choose the creative inspire p7800 (the mere thought of 7 speakers and 1 sub, and creative, a very good named audio company in the pc market was the desicive factor ^^ ), but as these are labeled as pc theater and gaming, i dont know if they could give me the same quality that the speakers designed for real home theater. can u give me some advice which one to choose, why the p7800 are or arent a good choice?

other question, i would want to use the creative p7800 with a tv in other room (my own room) to see programs or movies with 5.1 but my tv has 2 rca out, how can i plug the tv in the home theater? i heard (and read in these forums) that i should buy a receiver for decode the signal, but some guy offer me a cable that he said could pass from stereo out to the 3 rca decoding the signal, is this real or a fake? does it get the real quality or there is a loss of quality?

ok i live in an apartment, ill draw the room where it should be (kinda hard to explain with words)

all the graph is a one room area without walls between them, the red area is where the tv and home theater will be, it is 3.43Lx3.68Wx2,59H mts or 11.25Lx12.07Wx8.5H ft (dunno wich measurement system u use), the left area is the "dining room", theres full windows in the intersection , the right side is the kitchen.

about the budget, right now ill spend a very low amount, i was gonna spend 130 dollars but in case of shipments, delivery, taxes etc etc ill leave it in 100 (a novice project, the lower budgets in the page are from $1.000 )

i would like some comments about the systems i name in the first post, but in case u want to recommend me something else it would be a lot more easy for me to choose it from these pages (these are translated with babelfish, in this currency budget should not exceed Bs.380.000):
