I am building a new home, basement will be mine. 26’ x 50’ 8ft ceilings. Starting to buy stuff now but won’t be used until I move In late July. Originally I was going to go with a Sony dh790 but have been talked out of it on other forums. Going Denon now 760h. I have a BIC dv62clr center channel so I was going to go with two dv64s to match the fronts. I still like the Dv84 but have read some bad reviews compared to the dv64s. I am also picking up two Dayton sub-1500s for the front and adding a diy F-20 front load horn sub in the rear. Rear surrounds and ceiling side speakers have yet to be determined. Am I going down a good path with this or do you have any other suggestions? 80% TV, 5% movies, 15% music. My past systems were HT in a box so anything will sound better.
