Just got my Aperion 4B's in today and have been doing some listening. First thoughts? AMAZING!
I am comparing these directly to my
PSB B15's and
MCM Bookshelves as I had each of these speakers in the same system with the same amp and sub.
I would say so far I like them better than both! On both aesthetics and audible quality. I was listening to "Jars" from the new Chevelle CD and I hadn't heard before but there are some congo drums or something on the chorus that is very subtle. I was also playing some techno (DJ Doboy Vocal Edition 11) and they were incredibly detailed and punchy. I cranked it up and combined with the sub they filled the whole house while I was doing some cleaning up.
I am still trying to find some suitable stands for the bookshelves as the DVD's are just plain ghetto.
