Hi guys, just curious about the feet that came with my new sub. It came with spikes and rubber feet. Does metal spikes as feet improve sound quality at all?

It is a definitive tech supercube III

Welcome to the forum!

What type of floor are you placing the sub on?

Spikes are really for carpeted floor as an anchor or sorts to keep the speaker from falling(tipping) ect. Rubber feet are for wood or bare floor.

it is for carpeted floor. I honestly thought it'd improve sound quality in some factor as it is making less contact with the ground, hence less vibration. No?

A well designed sub wont vibrate at all. The rest of the room will but the sub box itself should not move. All the vibrations you feel should be from the cone moving air.
