Hi All,
I have purchased my first home theatre SONY HTDDW700 and started
hooking up , need some help from some expertise from this forums.
I have these things with me:
1) TOSHIBA TV ( 5 YEARS OLD)
2) SONY DVD PLAYER dvpns55p (new)
3) SONY HOME THEATRE HTDDW700 (new )
This is how I had hooked up:
===========================================
VIDEO CABLE FROM DVD(OUT) => TV(IN) with AV CABLE
yellow cable
AUDIO CABLES FROM DVD(OUT) => HT(IN) with AV cable
Red & White cable
The above 3 are coming from one AV cable(yellow,Red,White ) given by
SONY DVD player
============================================
ORANGE COXIAL FROM DVD(OUT) => HT (IN)
given by Sony HT
=============================================
On the HT I have selected the DVD player as the input and y'day night
when I was playing some movie, I could see that the sound is coming
but no t to its fully extent(not sure I might be thinking wrong).
The MAX SOUND ON MY HT is 70 and when I put my HT in 50 I could see
that its ok but its not that LOUD. Just wanted to know if I am missing
something . (All I am using is a regular AV cable(yellow,red & white) and Coxial
cable(orange) which came with my systems.
Any help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
