New S5400 or used S6300?

Trying to decide between a new Onkyo 5400 7.1 or getting a used Onkyo 6300 7.1 system from Accessories4Less with their Warrantech warranty.

What do you guys think? Max is $400.. I want a budget 7.1. I know plenty of you would say invest in fewer speakers, but this is just a budget set up that I just want get me by for the next 2 years or so..

Any suggestions or opinions on accessories4less and their warrantech warranty?

I've bought a few receivers from AC4L with no issues. I would generally lean toward the more powerful receiver in this case, the 6300. I had a 6200 and 6300 (and also a SR4000 and 5000), and they were all pretty good receivers.

Did you pick up an extended warranty?

I was leaning towards the 6300, I'm just not sure about the warranty..

No, didn't get a warranty with them. Since they are factory refurbished, they have a full 1yr factory warranty. If they don't have the same unit to replace it, which is likley when you buy an older unit, they will replace it with a newer one.
