If you can find a Denon x3600H that would be a great AVR to have right now. Yes, Denon just released some new AVR's, but if you don't need that 1 8k HDMI and some other small changes, the x3600H is one of the tops right now. If you can find one.

I went with the Mrantz SR6014 at BB. I was able to get the Manager to give me 10% off. Great day and saved $150.00.......
Can someone tell me if there is SR6014 Forum ? Thanks again.

So you're going to reply to my link with the link just in case? :)
Considering you asked the specific question regarding a link then the answer would be "yes".
Regarding your initial question about the 6014 vs 6015 I suggest going to the Marantz site and comparing specs.
Offering an alternative to Marantz...depends, some love Marantz while others prefer other brands.
Denon seems to be the brand leader in general but that is for the buyer to decide upon.
I just listened to a podcast interview with Sound United regarding the sound differences between Denon and Marantz and the interviewee stated that the Denon was designed to have more of a "in your face" sound while Marantz was designed to be less so and perhaps a bit more smooth.
I've listened to both over the years and agree with the interviewee and for my ears the Marantz sounds better.
Decide what you need the avr to do, how much you have to spend then compare and listen, or at least google for reviews and read forums then make your decision.

Wut? Lol.

Some models are virtually identical internally. I have never noticed any difference whatsoever between the 2 and I would be upset if I did because that would mean something is wrong with one of them. They're both designed to accurately reproduce sound with as little distortion as possible. This interviewee you're referencing, name? Source? Quote? Link? It sounds like audiophoolery to me.

I was just pointing out I had already provided the link.....and I think the sound difference thing is more marketing myself. There have been several with both brands and don't find these supposed sonic differences manifest. One of our industry members did say Denon outsells Marantz 8 to 1, tho.....

The "audiophoolery" you refer to would be by the following: Robert Bachelor, Product Specialist UK, Philip Jones, Director of Product Information and Oliver Kriete, Product Manager/Europe of Sound United parents of the Denon/Marantz line.
