Sony has confirmed that two new SKUs will be released this fall, 160GB will replace the 120GB model and the 320GB will replace the 250GB model. Sony has also confirmed prices for the new models the MSRP for the 160GB $299 and will start shipping immediately, the 320GB will be part of the Move bundle which will include:
PS3 320GB
1 Move Controller
1 PS Eye
Sports Champions
1 Demo disc
MSRP $399
The 320GB will be released September 19th, no word yet if the 320GB will be in a standalone version anytime after it's release but it most likely will be.
