New Power Peak Record

I have previously posted the highest reading I have ever gotten on my Monster Power 2000. The old record was 7.5A when watching the explosion of the USS OKLAHOMA on Pearl Hardor DVD.

The new record is 10A  on "The Incredibles" DVD. It occurred during the rocket launch scene about 3/4 of the way through the movie.

Most of the power was likely sucked out of the wall by the big Carver TFM-45. I run it bridged mono into my custom 18" sub. The Yamaha 2500 was set on -10dB at the time. It was absolutely sheetrock flexing!!!

I thought fellow audioholics may want to know.
