Hi all,

After speaking with some of my fellow members at blu-ray.com, where I participate regularly in various forum topics, I decided to join your site based on their enthusiasm for your place in the sun!

A little on me - I am an Audio fan first and a Video fan second. Most of the pleasure I get from having a HT setup, that includes analog, is vinyl. I don't have the greatest equipment, but 75% of my time is spent on listening to LP. Then about 20% on Blu-ray movies and about 5% on CD and (shudder the thought) MP3, although no less than 320-bit.

I hope to become a regular contributor and I will tell you now....I wil have plenty of questions as well. Despite the fact I have been an audio fan for more than 40 yrs, I am no expert and am always looking to expand my knowledge and equipment from time to time.

Love vinyl and am a regular buyer of new and used wax!

My latest purchases were Led Zeppelin: Mothership, David Gilmour: Live In Gdansk, Eric Clapton: Complete Clapton, David Gilmour: On An Island, T-Rex: Electric Warrior and John Legend: Get Lifted.

I have Pink Floyd: Echoes ordered from amazon.co.uk and it should get here next week.

And I just picked up some VG+ copies of David Bowie: Young Americans and Tears For Fears: The Hurting.

So yeah, you could say this interests me!

Thanks Rick! I'm looking forward to some discussion and general information gathering. I'm an easy-going guy, but I don't mind jumping into a heated discussion either. Haven't been banned anywhere else yet (LOL), so I should fit in well.
