I have a budget of £150 to complete my media server I've got the case, pus, hard drives and whys o's, I need ram, Mb and CPU. From what I have read 4gb ram seem to be enough and the Mb is dependant on what CPU to get and that's where I need the help with 150 to spend on the last 3 items I'm looking at either AMD a8 or a 2nd gen i5 of eBay? As I'm using ps3 media server and I need to transcode and I believe the i5 is good for this but if its a wend gen does it make a difference?
