Which receiver should I go with?

I am building the below home theater and I am almost complete, now I just need to have the Audio Receiver that handles all input and pushes out only component video to my Projector. My budget puts me in the $300 ballpark, and I need to support my In-wall subwoofer that has no built in amp.

Suggestions? Recommendations?

Yamaha HTR-5850 (New)
Yamaha HTR-5760 (Last Year)

Well, your budget is gonna have to get bigger, for sure. That subwoofer needs it's own amp. Period. You can find a good-quality pro amp that will work great with a sub that has tons of power (Mackie, QSC, Crown, etc). As for the reciever, see if you can audition one to see how it sounds with your speakers. Pick the one that you like the sound of and has all the inputs and functions that you want.
