New Home WHA plan review

Hi Everyone. New to the Forum and to Whole House Audio so hopefully this all makes sense and I can get some feedback on what I have planned. I'm kind of second guessing some of my purchases and the house isn't even complete yet. I've read the boards and web for weeks now so I hope I've made some good choices. The majority of this was based on budget allowed.

Planned system.

Speakers - 8ohm Micca Reference Series R-8C 8" 120 watts. 6 pair throughout house , 4 additional for surround in LR with Yamaha Center and Sub)
Receiver - Yamaha RX-V773 for HT in Living Room.
WHA Amp - Sherbourn PA 12-45 12 Channel Amp (32 watt per channel @ 8ohm)
Volume Controls - Impedance matching 100w slides in the six zones.

My plan is to feed the Sherbourn via the Zone 2 on the Yamaha so I can still run the Airplay and other inputs throughout. Also should let me still use the iPad app for control.

Does this even remotely sound like a good plan?

I also am curious if the Impedance matching on the volume controls is going to matter since I am utilizing the six zones of the amp only. It should never see an overload regardless correct?

Any comments or input is greatly appreciated. Should be cutting speaker holes next week if all goes well.

Thanks
Rich
