Welcome to AH.
How do those amps compare to one another?
And what are you speakers/subwoofers ?
The top most component is my Onkyo TX8050. It's a nice modern receiver and does a nice job for what I need it to do. I basically just use it for streaming Bluetooth audio from my phone (YouTube Red / Spotify / Internet radio). It has great reception too which makes it nice when I'm moving all over the house with my phone.
The third from the top component is my Harmon Kardon. I use it primarily for my Pioneer PL550 / Equalizer / SAE 5000 / DBX400x loop. It was one of the last receivers to come with a Tape Loop feature which I need to run all of my play back adjustment components. I also use it for FM / AM playback once in a while but the record loop is it's main responsibility.
Overall it's a great receiver. It's 85 watts per channel. I plan on upgrading to something a bit more vintage in the future but for now it'll do.
As for my amplifier, it's just a cheapo 200 watt per channel Kenwood. I rarely play anything through it though. It's pretty unnecessary.
My speakers are ones that I built myself a few years ago:
Boxes are Cabinet Grade Maple: Bottom = 4ft. x 2ft. / Top = 2ft. x 1ft.
Horn (Mid) = 9.5in. Utah
High = 4 inch Phillips' tweeters
Woofers = Panasonic 100W RMS (14in.)
Drivers = I forget but I have the paperwork in my office
