New guy says hey

Just wanted to pop in and say hello to everyone. I love this site and have been visiting for a while and just now decided to make my first post. I have been taking in lot's of advice from everyone here, although it wasn't meant for me I used it to my benefit The posts are great and they range from the hilarious to the informative.

On the side, we recently purchased my son a new Xbox and was snooping around the web looking for an inexpensive 3.0 setup he could use with the game console. I have an older receiver (D*#@n) that he will be running off of. In the search I found a company that I know nothing of but the speakers are way cheap. Anybody know anything about the ED A3 - 5tc speakers? Can't seem to find any reviews.

I don't know about that company, but just wanted to welcome you aboard.

EDIT: I'll clarify. I've heard of that company, but I have no experience with them. There are members here who have purchased from (and even visited) Elemental Designs.

We aim to please and to humor. What would it be without any humor injected in our conversations?

If you are setting up a 3.0 speaker for him, you may also want to look at your local markets, Circuit City, etc, as a starter setup from known speaker makers. No idea about your questioned maker.

Also, this web site, AH, has a great home page with lots of info and technical help too.
