new f12 no sound from denon avr e400? Both are new

It made sounds on the initial setup (calibration) with the mic pluged in. Now I have my playstation on playing music no sound at all. Left, right, and center are all playing well. Green light is on volume is up. Set on 80htz. It has a digital and a prologic setting. I have tried both. Can someone please help me.. Thanks everyone. I have it connected with a sub cable to the sub in.

I just noticed the center is not playing either...lol I guess it hasnt the whole time except for the calibration tests. I set the mains to small since they are bookshelves. I have a denon avr e400, bic center, bic bookshelves for mains, and a bic f12 sub. The center and the sub are not working. Thanks for taking the time to look. Any help would be much appreciated!!
